Every order at stumptown ships free to any address in the United States. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24-48 hours of payment, Monday through Friday.

Expect your package 4-8 days after it ships. Occasionally — during busy periods or to remote areas — delivery can stretch to roughly two weeks, so please treat the dates as estimates, not promises.

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after dispatch — that is normal carrier lag, not a lost package.

Returns & Refunds

Not right for you? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, and we will reply with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Received the wrong item, or something broken? Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay for the return.
